It is very nice to have one central pane of glass for managing my M365 components like Entra, Exchange, Teams and Sharepoint. Having to have multiple browser tabs open and having to login each day to each of them was a time sink. One browser tab to manage the main components of M365 and to also manage AD. The biggest dislike is the way they do the licensing. The token purchasing for additional modules is a bit much. I would just prefer to purchase it for my needs and it is already ready to use all that I needed when I registered the purchase. Having to manage tokens is a time sink that I cannot believe anyone wants to deal with. The only other real gripe is no real base administration documentation. Yeah, on the site they have a lot of guides on how to do many things once installed, but to actually do the install and setup, I was unable to find anything in their online docs to do the install and configurations.
