What I like best about Adjust is that it provides a reliable and practical way to manage mobile attribution across multiple marketing channels. The platform is fairly intuitive to use, and the reporting interface makes it easy for our team to monitor campaign performance and investigate user journeys without spending too much time switching between different tools.
Integrations are one of the strongest points for us. Adjust connects well with major advertising platforms and also allows us to export data into our internal BI and reporting systems. This helps us combine media spend, attribution data, and deeper in-app events to evaluate performance beyond just installs.
In terms of performance, the platform is stable and gives us the level of attribution detail we need to optimize campaigns quickly. Being able to track important downstream events helps us understand user quality and allocate budget more effectively across channels.
From an ROI perspective, the biggest value is the time saved on data reconciliation and the ability to make better marketing decisions from a more consistent source of attribution data. It becomes especially valuable when managing multiple products, channels, and large campaign volumes.
The onboarding and support experience has also been positive. Whenever we have questions related to tracking setup, integrations, or attribution, the support team is responsive and willing to help investigate the issue.
I also see good potential in Adjust's AI and automation capabilities. Features that help identify performance changes, automate reporting, or surface actionable insights can reduce manual analysis and allow marketing teams to focus more on optimization and strategy. One area that could be improved is the complexity of some tracking and attribution setups. For more advanced use cases, especially when working with multiple platforms, custom events, or internal data systems, the implementation can require quite a bit of technical knowledge and troubleshooting.
Reporting can also feel a little complex at first, particularly for users who are new to mobile attribution. In some cases, it takes time to understand why numbers differ between Adjust, advertising platforms, and internal BI systems.
I would also like to see more proactive alerts and AI-driven recommendations when tracking issues, unusual performance changes, or data discrepancies are detected. This could help teams identify problems faster instead of relying on manual monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
