What do you like best about Adjoltz?

Honestly the fact that they just handle things. You tell them what you need and they sort it out — the setup, the templates, the flows. We didn't have to chase anyone or figure things out on our own. Also billing in AED with no weird dollar conversions is a small thing but it matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjoltz?

Took us a couple of tries to get our message templates approved and we weren't always sure why they got rejected. Would've been helpful to have a bit more guidance on that upfront rather than figuring it out as we went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Adjoltz:

What problems is Adjoltz solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a proper WhatsApp setup for our marketing but had no clue where to start with the API stuff. Adjoltz basically took that whole headache off our plate.
