I chose Adit for its capabilities and price. It takes away time we would otherwise spend doing things manually, and it’s a great way to collect payments and confirmations. I like the customizable messages to patients and the better communication. It’s super easy to use and gives us more time to focus on other things and the patients in the office. Patients love it, and staff loves it. I also like being able to see the schedule and communicate with patients about emergencies after hours.
