What I like best about Adit is the fact that it makes contacting patients so much easier for the reason that whenever I need to reach a patient about their insurance, I have prefabricated templates that I can just use instead of typing out a lengthy text every time, I can just use my template and enter the info as needed and send it to the specific patient.
