The team at Acho (Samuel and Richard - especially Richard!) are HIGHLY responsive. Truly great customer service. They seek to understand our needs and context and work with us iteratively to develop and refine the presentation of our data in the most user friendly ways. It is a new visualization product for our business and our needs shift as we dive further into the data so have needed a lot of changes. That is not really a criticism of Acho. As a new tool for us, the approach of an initial set-up after the proof of concept and then having a week to find and report on all the desired changes did not work well for us.
