What do you like best about AddSearch?

What I like most about AddSearch is how easy it is to improve the search experience without relying on developers. The ability to add synonyms ensures users can find the right content even when they use different terminology, which has significantly improved search relevance on our site. I also appreciate the pinned results feature, which allows us to prioritize important pages for specific search queries. What do you dislike about AddSearch?

I find that sometimes the keywords that show up in the Top Keywords section aren't at all relevant to our business and i'm honestly not sure how they get there sometimes as we have no content realted to that on our site and there are 0 clicks, CTR and ACP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AddSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?

AddSearch gives us valuable insight into how users are interacting with search on our website. The search analytics help us understand what visitors are looking for, which queries return poor or no results, and where users may be struggling to find information. This data has been instrumental in identifying content gaps and opportunities to improve our website. It also allows us to continuously refine the search experience by adding synonyms, optimizing search results, and ensuring users can more easily find the content they're looking for.
