What do you like best about AddSearch?

AddSearch is straightforward to use and has been reliable for our websites. I like that it's easy to customize search results and see what users are searching for. The reporting has also been helpful for identifying content opportunities and improving the user experience. We've also been impressed with the new AI Answers product. The search analytics also give us valuable insight into what users are looking for, helping us identify content gaps and improve our websites. AI Answers builds on that by providing direct, conversational answers to common questions, reducing the time it takes users to find information and creating a more intuitive search experience.
