What do you like best about Addigy?

Addigy's toolset enables me to troubleshoot and resolve the majority of issues without disrupting end users. Its compliance standards and automation capabilities are outstanding, and the customer support I've received has been the best I've encountered from any vendor. What do you dislike about Addigy?

I honestly can't identify any significant downsides. That said, every system has areas that could be improved. One limitation that comes to mind, which requires some extra effort and workarounds on my end, is the inability to use hidden encrypted variables in API scripts—this would be helpful for building maintenance and monitoring items. What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patching operating systems and software is one of the most critical elements of security, and Addigy allows me to accomplish this efficiently. Monitoring our various compliance benchmarks and automating remediation is essential to maintaining—and proving—compliance, and Addigy's monitoring and reporting tools support both. Each quarter, I review Apple-related tickets and build automation to proactively address recurring issues we see from clients.
