What do you like best about AdaptOne?

Easy to update vendor information. Management of approvals works great. It is quick to create an invite to email to new vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdaptOne?

Sometimes it is difficult to figure out which required fields are missing when the AP approval doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AdaptOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provides better verification of vendors so we can be sure we are paying the right companies.

The vendors are directly involved in setup saving our AP departments a lot of time.

Better control over payment terms, when a vendor wants to use a non-standard term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
