What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

What I like most about Adaptive Security is its modern approach to cybersecurity awareness training, especially the AI-driven phishing and vishing simulations. Compared with more traditional security awareness platforms, Adaptive puts the focus on realistic, evolving threats that employees are actually likely to face in today’s environment.

The platform itself is intuitive, and the training content is engaging. The ability to simulate more sophisticated social engineering attacks adds real value, and I also appreciate the emphasis on changing employee behavior rather than simply checking a compliance box. What problems is Adaptive Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adaptive Security helps us address one of the largest risks to our organization: human error and increasingly sophisticated social engineering attacks. Traditional security awareness training often becomes a compliance exercise rather than something that meaningfully changes employee behavior. Adaptive helps bridge that gap through realistic, AI-driven phishing, vishing, and email security simulations that better prepare employees for real-world threats.

From an IT leadership perspective, the biggest benefit is the ability to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities, reinforce good security habits, and build a stronger security-conscious culture across the organization. The AI capabilities are particularly valuable as attackers continue to leverage AI to create more convincing phishing emails, impersonation attempts, and other social engineering attacks.

The platform's intuitive interface and streamlined campaign management also help reduce the administrative effort associated with delivering ongoing training. Having phishing, vishing, and awareness training within a single solution provides a more consistent employee experience and simplifies program management.

Ultimately, the value is in reducing organizational risk, improving employee awareness, and increasing the likelihood that suspicious activity is identified and reported before it becomes a security incident. From an ROI perspective, preventing even one significant security incident can potentially justify the investment, while the automation and intelligence capabilities help our IT team focus on higher-value security initiatives.
