Our annual security awareness training prior to the adoption of Adaptive was often complained about as boring, not relevant, and generally a poor use of time. Adaptive's targeted modules for finance, HR, IT, executives, etc. made the training much better, and I actually received unsolicited comments from employees that were very positive. During the last campaign, utilizing the different modules to create customized by role awareness, the reporting was a little annoying. Each module list became a separate campaign, which had to be reviewed independently, reported independently, etc. It was more difficult to do things like ensure that everyone in the company was in a list, because they were all separate. The ability to define "subcampaigns" for lack of a better term that could roll up to a single company-wide campaign for reporting would have been very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
