I like Adaptive’s AI feature because it makes things easy and saves me time entering information. I email bills to my Adaptive email and they get entered, so I just need to approve bills and expenses. They sync with QuickBooks, and then I can go in and pay. Support has also been extremely helpful and responsive while trying to solve my issue. Setup was very easy; they did all the work, and we had a call to go through it all. I'm currently having an issue with a card that was unsynced and getting it to sync again. I don't know why it was unsynced, so if that happens every so often, I'd say that's an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
