Adaptive has helped us shorten the time it takes to get an invoice approved and ready for payment. For our cost-plus projects, it’s also made it much easier to put together an invoice to send to the customer. Our customers have appreciated receiving a clear, well-presented breakdown of the charges, which makes the billing simpler to follow and easier to understand. The Adaptive app is great to use out in the field for checking work and approving invoices. That said, I do wish it were easier to use from the accounting side. When I’m in a meeting and someone asks me to look up an invoice in Adaptive, I find it difficult to quickly find what I need.
