What do you like best about Adaptive?

It saves me a lot of time in construction accounting, especially with AR and AP. The AI assistant has been a great feature because it can handle the tasks I ask it to do, and it can refine the results if I need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive?

I don’t actually dislike anything about Adaptive. At times, there are simply a lot of changes, and it can be difficult for us to implement everything or stay fully up to date. Still, I understand that this is the nature of AI and that these updates are meant to improve our business, so overall the changes feel welcome and exciting. What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for receipt and bill approvals, cost coding, creating purchase orders, and tracking payments. We also use it to invoice clients, and to request reports or exports when we have very specific questions. On top of that, it helps me keep track of COIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
