We have been working with Adaptiva for close to 10 years now. We mainly use them for our peer-to-peer distribution of applications, PXE boot, and now even patch management, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Adaptiva's solutions have significantly streamlined our processes, making our digital workplace more efficient and reliable. Since our company is spread across the globe, their peer-to-peer distribution technology has drastically reduced the load on our network, ensuring that applications are delivered swiftly and seamlessly to all our endpoints. The PXE boot functionality has simplified our device provisioning, allowing us to deploy new systems with ease and minimal downtime. Sort of recently, we integrated Adaptiva's patch management solution, and it has been a game-changer. Keeping our systems up-to-date and secure has never been easier. The automation and precision of their patch management have given us peace of mind, knowing that our infrastructure is protected against vulnerabilities. Adaptiva's support team deserves special mention for their responsiveness and expertise. They have been incredibly helpful in addressing any queries or issues we encountered, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of their solutions. What's even more impressive is the swiftness in the response, usually in a matter of hours we get a response. Very impressive! This would not be possible for us without using Adaptiva. Making sure our applications is patched and up to date. This is a requirement to be compliant with different IT Security certifications.
