"Acumatica Cloud ERP is Exactly What We Needed"

What do you like best about Acumatica?

Most helpful is the people involved at every level. We had a complex integration but Acumatica's integration team personally stepped up and resolved key issues. Twice per year updates keep the software fresh and feature-rich, and many of the new features are a result of community feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Not much to dislike honestly. It's a pure cloud app so connectivity is easy from anywhere with an internet connection. The Field Services module could still use refinement, along with the calendaring functionality for service management. A few years ago, the platform was relatively new and had several weak areas but these deficiencies have been filled with each update and it is only getting better. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

A key problem solved is project visibility for real-time profitability and cost accounting. The business intelligence aspect is critical to keeping projects on track and something we have not been able to find in comparable platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
