What do you like best about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?

What do you dislike about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?
At the moment, I have not found much that I dislike. The price is expensive, but better than other options. You have to have this type of service in place to maintain security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
