"Clear Real-Time Visibility and Professional Compliance Nudges That Protect the Company"
5/5
What do you like best about ActivTrak?

What I value most about ActivTrak is the combination of clear user visibility and the ability to issue soft notices of noncompliance while still protecting the company. Real-time Visibility and activity reporting give leadership an accurate view of who is working, which applications and websites are in use, and how that activity compares with expected schedules. That visibility is useful for operations and coaching, not only for after-the-fact review. At the same time, Compliance Alarms can display a customized pop-up on the employee’s screen when a policy condition is met—for example, a blocked site, an unauthorized USB connection, or another defined risk. Those messages function as immediate, professional reminders rather than silent surveillance or abrupt application termination. Administrators still receive email or Teams/Slack alerts and can retain an audit trail, so the organization is protected without defaulting to a punitive posture. What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

The only issue I would note is how long it takes to classify websites and applications that are not auto-classified. Those items remain Undefined until they are handled manually or by a custom rule, which delays the accuracy of productivity reporting. Auto-classification covers most activity, so this is an inconvenience rather than a blocking problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
