"User-Friendly Tracking with Detailed, Printable Data Views"

What do you like best about ActivTrak?

I like how the data is presented in different ways for tracking, along with the detailed information it provides. It’s user-friendly, and I also appreciate having the option to print out the data if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

The only downside I’ve found with ActivTrak is that you have to click on each individual user’s name to review detailed information. If you refresh the page or navigate back, it can switch to a different user, so you have to double-check that the correct user is selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActivTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s helping us solve issues in our call centers. ActivTrak gives us the option to view detailed information with timestamps, which really helps us compare data from AT and other platforms. It also helps the team understand what’s happening and how to navigate the call center environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
