What do you like best about ActivePrime?

Ease of use, as the tools works right from Salesforce without installing any software or exporting records.

ActivePrime support is very helpful and walked me through solving all issues.

Their pricing model: it’s based on number of admin users, and not total number of CRM users, which is a big advantage against other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivePrime?

Merging rules were a little bit difficult to learn and utilize to customize deduplication process. I contacted support and they helped me managing these rules and customizing them to our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActivePrime solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem was finding and merging large amount of duplicates, especially duplicates with little value variations that we couldn’t figure out how to find.

CleanCRM tool helped us finding and merging all types of duplicates that already exist in our CRM.

On the other hand, CleanEnter and CleanImport help us preventing new duplicates from entering our CRM when we are importing or manually inserting new leads and contacts into Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
