I like how it has our Salesforce information readily available and easy to pick up work with any specific account at a given time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it has a hard time with rules/ and instruction memory. From thread to thread it feels like it is completely fragmented with the information i plug in and has a hard time (after almost 6 months of use) adhering the basics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
