What do you like best about Actively AI?

I like how it has our Salesforce information readily available and easy to pick up work with any specific account at a given time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Actively AI?

I think it has a hard time with rules/ and instruction memory. From thread to thread it feels like it is completely fragmented with the information i plug in and has a hard time (after almost 6 months of use) adhering the basics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Actively AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think its helping me get more indepth coverage of the account and prospects as well as insights to what is most relevent 'angle' to the account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
