**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

What I like best about ActiveCollab is that it keeps our project work organized in one place. I use it to create tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates, add comments, and check progress.

It is simple to use compared to Jira, so our team did not need much training. I also like that task updates, files, and discussions stay connected with the project, which reduces follow-ups on email and chat.

For daily project tracking, it is clean, useful, and easy for the team to understand.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

What I dislike about ActiveCollab is that reporting and dashboard options can be more detailed. For daily task tracking it works well, but sometimes I need more flexible reports to show project status to management.

Some settings also take time to find when you are new to the tool. It is not very difficult, but better help tips or onboarding inside the product would make it easier for new team members.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ActiveCollab helps us manage project tasks, deadlines, files, and team communication in one place. Earlier, work updates were spread across emails and chats, so it was hard to track everything clearly.

Now we can assign tasks, set due dates, add comments, and check progress from the same place. This saves time, reduces confusion, and helps the team stay clear about what needs to be done next.

**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

For me, personally, ActiveCollab is the best task management tool as I have been using it for the past 4 years. The UI is very user-friendly, and creating a new task and especially recurring tasks is the best option, as I have to deliver weekly reports to my clients, and I have never forgotten any report in the past 4 years, as the weekly and monthly tasks are automatically created and assigned to me.
The second best option is that we can edit messages in a limited time-frame, not whenever anyone wants it.
Thirdly, the "reassigning" option, which keeps everyone in the loop.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

For me, personally, ActiveCollab has helped me with almost everything I needed since I started using this tool. 
I would say, nothing for me to dislike personally.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, the "reassigning" option, which keeps everyone in the loop.
Also, time tracking for each small task is a great option. I usually work on a task throughout the week, and it is very easy to add time for each task I complete over a week for my clients.

**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

The best aspect of this platform is that it combines project management, team collaboration, and time tracking into a single platform. This platform interface is very clean and structured, making it very easy to manage tasks, handle deadlines and the cross team collaboration even without switching between multiple tools. Their built-in time-travelling and invoicing features are specifically for service-based teams. Their integration ecosystem is also very wider.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

Though this platform is very well-rounded, some of its features feel a bit outdated when compared with those of the other competitors in this space. Their UI interface is also not very modern in certain aspects, and the customisation options, specifically for dashboards and reporting, are a bit limited. Though their integration ecosystem is very extensive, their third-party integration is a bit limited.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform solves the problem of centralising project planning and execution and team collaboration all at on place. This reduces the communication gaps, improves accountability, and also ensures better visibility into projects. For the cross teams managing multiple clients or even internal projects, it helps us in streamlining workflows and avoiding scattered communication.

I find ActiveCollab easy to use and intuitive, which creates nice workflows for our staff. The setup was very easy, and I appreciate how it helps us maintain transparency with our clients, centralize our work, and manage task priorities effectively.

**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

It's very ewasy to use, it was easy to implement in our company and it inegrated nively with Hubstaff (timetracking). It has a ton of features that that makes it easy for our team to manage calendar and how we use the platform.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

I wish old files would be easy to select in bulk when needed to delete. When I remove old files I have to select them individually and delete them.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving our organization and comunication problem.

**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

ActiveCollab is excellent when we talk about implementations that do not require the use of hardware infrastructure in our organization since we can use it from its 'on cloud' implementation, this gives us additional functionalities such as workload management and timesheets, through a waterfall project work methodology.
There is a lot of documentation available online that helps familiarize us with the different options and functions, as well as informing us about the use of templates, to mention an example.
Its configuration of roles and permissions is quite robust, making it easy to define what a user can do in activeCollab since we have five predefined roles in the system in addition to being able to adjust them based on the particular needs of a project.
On the other hand, we can invite members and collaborators through email notifications and assign them tasks, upload documents that support the activities and in general we can create a design that allows us to manage the execution of our project in a simple and efficient way.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

One of the most distinctive features of ActiveCollab is its simple and easy-to-implement interface, which may be viewed with skepticism by some users of other traditional tools, who are used to seeing hundreds of customization options. 
But the truth is that when we execute technology projects, to mention one example, we simply need a good tool that allows us collaborative work such as ActiveCollap to periodically monitor and facilitate people and team members to update progress, record issues, and attach supporting documentation.
In this way, ActiveCollap has shown us to cover the monitoring needs in technology applications and has guaranteed savings in time and resources, in addition to structure and organization.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ActiveCollab has allowed us to implement projects that require regular monitoring and high collaboration between team members. 
Additionally, it offers us visibility of the progress and estimates of the times that we want to finish and deliver to the client.

**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

ActiveCollab is a great platform to manage our projects but without a missing dashboard it is quite bothersome and wondersome as well. We would love to see a great, visually appealing dashboard to view and manage most of the features. A project involves so many factors; from task assignment to tasks completion alongside status, invoices, billing, communication, reporting, transfer of and so on. There are many good platforms out there but none of them offer a complete range of variety which ActiveCollab has to offer, it is your all-in-one solution.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

Some people might not agree with me, but visual representation of the data is very much appealing as well as easy to understand in one go, however, the supporting features for visual data are missing here and we really don’t understand why. It is quite an unfortunate situation with all the good features it offers you.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ActiveCollab has been with us for a long time and we love using it to manage simple and complex projects all under one roof. The management of projects is relatively easy as compared to its competitors and people find it an easier option to work with while handling already complex projects. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for an all-in-one solution when it comes to project management. It not only helps with the management of projects but you can also make the most out of it by handling, billing, invoices budgets alongside clients all under one roof and in incredibly low pricing plans.

**What do you like best about ActiveCollab?**

ActiveCollab is a platform specifically designed for the planning, execution, and monitoring of all types of projects that require a workflow that produces visibility for all team members, in addition to managing information related to budgets, execution times, deadlines in which each task must be accomplished, and much more.
ActiveCollab's interface has a simplicity that allows us to carry out efficient monitoring and automate some tasks related to the execution, thus, we can select, for example, the high-priority option for each task that we need to perform more quickly, which will indicate to the end user that we must attend with high priority.

**What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?**

ActiveCollab definitely encourages teamwork, this is achieved by assigning a project manager who will distribute the rest of the permissions to the members who will participate in the execution, so the people who participate will be able to know what is being done in the different tasks, progress, and completion of activities.
On the other hand, ActiveCollab manages the entire process of a project, from the beginning, which is when an idea is generated, to the completion of a final product or service, in addition to the fact that we can invite new team members, or clients through sending an email to our work area and participating collaboratively.

**What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ActiveCollab it was possible to develop a mechanism to keep senior management informed, since it is perfectly feasible, for example, to create custom reports, apply filters, export that information in a universal format if necessary to other systems, and produce valuable data for the organization.
Additionally, it was possible to do an intelligent follow-up from ActiveCollab to have visibility on the personnel that really contributes to the timely execution of the activities, considering the time invested in the completion of the tasks and in general, what is related to the workloads that the resource human can manage intelligently.
In addition, its mobile APP allows all task updates to be stored immediately from the place where the engineers produce the information, which facilitates the work of the end user, and all through a more automated registration.
