What do you like best about Activechat.ai?

The flexibility. Using the flow/sequence diagram, is really easy for both developers and designers to create sequence (skills) and collect the data via their blocks. Readymade templates (leads magnet, ecommerce, etc) for anyone to first kick-start their bot and easily make changes accordingly. Best, there's Dialogflow integration for NLP. What do you dislike about Activechat.ai?

The UX isn't that great and can be quite confusing but from their updates, they will be revamping the interface for better user experience. Another flaw may be the server lag which i believe they're also looking at and scaling up their infrastructure. Overall as with many startups, is understandable there'll be bugs and flaws but this development team is actively improving with user's feedback. Kudos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
