The WhatsApp integration which was a welcome feature when they purchased hilos.io is incomplete and lacks essential integration with the rest of ActiveCampaign. In addition, ActiveCampaign is currently obsessed with the integration of AI under its Active Intelligence buzzword and this is an unwelcome distraction from the continued development of the core product.
