What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

It's an extremely easy to use, intuitive piece of software. I love that I can see exactly how my automations look and how easy it is to update them down the road if I make some changes to my marketing strategies. In client work, I've used Ontraport and Infusionsoft - I love that I can recommend Active Campaign to absolutely everyone - even when my clients are just starting out. When I made the change from Mailchimp to Active Campaign, it instantly felt like I was ready to play a bigger game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

If I had to make one suggestion to change, it would have to be the editor for emails. A lot of times, I want a picture placed in a very particular spot and it's not always as easy to get that done. It's not as inexpensive as it once was but I feel that the additions they've made to the software more than make up for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ActiveCampaign:

At a starting price of $9 per month, you really can't afford NOT to at least try Active Campaign. Using a free program seems great in the beginning, but I promise, it will be more of a headache as you grow and find that you need a more powerful system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been building my list with Bundles and ActiveCampaign has made this easier with their powerful forms and email capabilities. The visual automation builder helps me see how my contacts are going through different aspects of their journey with me and the reporting is easy to understand. The integrations are amazing and I can integrate Claude right into the systems I'm already using. It cuts down on my time and energy needed to review campaigns and pull insights out of the data that is already there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
