I like having all of my contacts in one place so I can stay connected with current coaching clients and build relationships with potential clients. Tags help me organize my contacts and tailor my messaging so people receive information relevant to them.
I use both automations and campaigns, along with SMS reminders for coaching sessions and classes. I also use forms for newsletter sign-ups and other lead capture. Those forms apply tags that trigger the appropriate automation, creating a connected process from sign-up to follow-up.
What I appreciate most is how these tools work together to support ongoing communication and engagement across different stages of the client relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The complexity and time required to set up and edit campaigns and automations can be frustrating. In my experience, the built-in AI often creates additional issues instead of simplifying the process. There are also limitations on how much tools like ChatGPT or Claude can help me build and edit campaigns and automations, which leaves more manual work than I would like.
I would also like a way to make global changes within an automation. If a date or link changes, I want to update it once across the entire automation instead of finding and editing each instance individually.
SMS is another area of frustration. The reporting does not give me the clarity I need to understand delivery issues, and many of my coaching clients have told me they did not receive messages I sent. Since I use SMS for coaching session and class reminders, I need clearer reporting and more confidence that those reminders are reaching my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
