What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The automation is what keeps us sane. Between our weekly newsletter, Faith & Money Fridays, and all our campaign sequences, ActiveCampaign lets us set things up once and trust they'll actually run. Tagging and segmentation make it easy to speak to the right audience instead of blasting everyone with everything. And honestly, being able to pull ActiveCampaign data into our other tools for daily check-ins has made it feel less like "the email platform" and more like the backbone of how we track what's actually working. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

The learning curve was steeper than I expected, especially early on when I was trying to figure out how automations, tags, and lists all talk to each other. Some of the reporting could be more intuitive too. I still find myself wishing certain metrics were easier to find without digging through multiple menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

ActiveCampaign is solving the problem of trying to run multiple content streams and campaigns by hand. Before, keeping track of who got what email, when, and why was a mental juggling act. Now our newsletter and campaign sequences run on autopilot once they're built, which frees up real time for the parts of the business that actually need a human touch, like coaching clients and building relationships. It's also helped us get smarter about segmentation, so we're not treating every subscriber the same way, which has made our messaging feel more personal instead of more generic.
