What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

Robust and simple-to-use automation that allows for connecting all the various SaaS products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As the product has evolved over the years, the pricing has increased a bit as well. For most this likely isn't an issue, but I'm running marketing for a non-profit so we need to be cost conscious at every step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We all have a million SaaS products we're using in our day-to-day, but at the end of the day email is the most direct communication point with your audience. ActiveCampaign has been my go-to for years (at my current organization and at my previous one) since it allows me to seamlessly integrate the various tools into my email marketing and it allows me to build complex set-it-and-forget-it automations that allow my organization to grow its audience and revenue streams in the background.
