What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

Active Campaign provides a great option for CRM, email marketing, and aoutomation solutions for capital raisers. I've used CRM tools for over 20 years, and this is a great out of the box solution with the power to manage your whole business. I was able to get my Active Campaign instance set up and operational in a few short hours and it integrates with a number of the tools I'm already using in my business. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?
