What do you like best about ActiveBatch?

I like how ActiveBatch automates almost all of our scheduled IT tasks, saving me a lot of manual checking. The visual job designer is really useful because I can link several steps into a single workflow, such as copying files, verifying them, and cleaning up old folders, without needing individual scripts. I appreciate the alerts that notify me immediately when a job fails, allowing me to fix issues before they impact anyone's work. It's great that ActiveBatch integrates well with our existing systems, which made our transition to using it much smoother. Additionally, having every scheduled job visible in one console with a full run history is incredibly helpful for checking task completion and managing work handovers when I'm away. What do you dislike about ActiveBatch?

The setup was the hardest part. It took me several weeks to configure agents, permissions, and schedules properly, and a company without someone dedicated to IT would find this demanding. As the number of jobs grew, the interface also became harder to navigate, so I now group workflows into folders by department to keep track of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
