Actito falls short for our agency in terms of limited native third-party integrations and clunky bulk-export workflows for client reporting. When running seasonal campaigns, we can't sync subscriber performance data directly into our project management platform. We're left doing repeated manual exports to compile reports for retail clients. Also, its reporting templates are more suited for in-house marketing teams rather than multi-client agency workflows, which means we spend extra time formatting reports. Without a dedicated IT staff, we can't build custom connectors, and this manual work piles up when multiple retail clients request performance deliverables all at once. Migrating multi-client subscriber lists from Mailchimp required a lot of manual data cleaning and trial-and-error testing for triggered email flows.
