Able to utilize more than one social media at a time. I did not have to log in to multiple accounts to publish images or information, could all be accessed together. My favorite component to this software was the ability to save & schedule posts for a later time. The feedback was very effective, learning why a post received more or less views. This program is user friendly however customer service could be more helpful. Sometimes concerns /questions had taken awhile to be resolved. But with the advanced options I was able to resolve most issues through the trouble shoot option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
