What do you like best about Action1?

I've tried numerous different products from the web, but Action1 has been the most hassle-free and user-friendly RMM tool I have had the pleasure of using.

This tool has saved me incalculable manhours in patching/deploying/managing numerous devices. The fact that the first 100 endpoints are free is a huge bonus too! - it allows you to test it on a small scale before fully adopting it across to your estate.

I was recommended this product by a friend who works in a similar role to mine, and it has been a real game changer.

What do you dislike about Action1?

None so far, I have not encountered any issues with this piece of software - it has so far been a huge benefit for our growing company to ensure I can manage computers efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Action1 has made the task of patching computers a breeze. I no longer need to go to each machine to deploy an update physically; this can all be done remotely through Action1.

Action1 will also give you detailed specifications on each machine which will tell you what machine is missing which update, and you can quickly deploy these if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
