It almost seems too good to be true for a free application. The interface is clean and easy to use, with no hidden menus and an overall wonderful UI. It was also easy to install across my endpoints, whether Windows or Mac. Paired with Intune, all my endpoints are automatically added to Action1. We currently have around 25 endpoints, and it works flawlessly for installing and updating software, patching vulnerabilities, and handling pretty much everything overall. Honestly, for a free platform, I can’t really point to anything I dislike. It does its job, and it does it really well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that some features keep getting pushed to the next release (for example, the self-service app store for endpoints).
