What do you like best about Action1?

Action1 has been an excellent solution for managing our company’s endpoints, especially for a small organisation like ours with fewer than 40 devices. Its patch management features, along with real-time visibility into our devices, have made it much easier to monitor endpoint health, spot missing updates, and keep everything current. The platform feels intuitive and effective, and it lets us manage devices efficiently without needing a large IT team. Overall, Action1 has noticeably improved our endpoint visibility and patch management workflow, and it’s a valuable tool for small businesses that want reliable, practical IT management. What do you dislike about Action1?

What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?
