We are working to meet the requirements of the NIS2 Directive, and this software has become an essential tool for showing auditors that all our computers are up to date and free of vulnerabilities. I also replaced another product we were using for network inventory management, so I now effectively have two solutions in one: patch management and inventory. The best feature is the REST APIs that have allowed me to create an individual endpoint page on our intranet that the owner of each endpoint can access and consult. When creating automations, I would have preferred to be able to select endpoints manually, or select a group and exclude specific endpoints. With the current setup, I have to create a large number of groups to cover every scenario. For example, I often have a weekly patch automation, but on a particular day I may know that two endpoints are being used for a demo and that I can’t afford to slow them down. In that case, I’d need to exclude just those two endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
