We have used Auction! for our annual luncheon for the past 5 years. It is great program, in which you input all your attendees and auction items. You can run reports you need, such as your check-in list and list of auction items. The grouping option makes assigning tables so easy. The day of the event, you enter the winning bids and print the invoices separating all the Quick Pays - people who swiped their credit cards and the people who still need to pay. It does the job that it is attend. After the event, you can run all the reports you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For certain things, it is not as user-friendly as it could be. You have to double-click some keys to make them change to what you need. Not really a big deal but sometimes it is confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
