took MONTHS and quite a bit of money to have an IT firm properly setup ACT to work with Outlook. ACT would crash constantly when communicating with Outlooks. We even upgrade to ACT V17, but did not fix the bugs. After months of IT and ACT support, the system does NOW work as it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
