What do you like best about Act!?

Act! is easy to use. Intuitive and fun even. Great calendar features and I can keep records of ALL my work with clients in ONE PLACE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Act!?

I can't find documents when I save them and they don't automatically attach to the client record when I print them. And the WORST THING: I can't print out my task lists. For some reason (and I have had customer support work on this) it won't print. I have to export it to Excel, edit it and print it there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can do mailing very easily. Client records can be easily accessed and I know in an instant where and when I am supposed to be on a particular day. So I can say quickly and easily if I am available to work and if not exactly WHAT is booked at that time. I also use it for To do lists and special recurring tasks. I can't live without it!
