What I like most about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is the ease of deployment and management. I use Acronis every day to manage, monitor, and deploy the solution in different companies, and this simplicity makes a big difference in the routine.

What I consider one of the main differentiators is the possibility of using a single agent for various functionalities, such as backup, RMM, and antivirus. I don't need to deal with multiple agents or different installations for each service. I install a single agent and, from it, I can configure the resources I need. One area that could be improved is the RMM part. At times, some tasks or scripts may present failures or generic errors, without immediately making it clear what caused the problem. This often requires more detailed analysis or manual intervention to understand what happened.

I also believe that RMM alerts could provide more detailed information about the cause of problems and more clearly indicate what actions should be taken. As I use the platform to monitor various environments, having more precise information in the alerts would greatly help in diagnosing and resolving incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
