What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

What I like best is having backup, server protection, and email security all managed from one dashboard instead of juggling separate tools. Email security has been particularly useful for catching threats before they reach inboxes, and the dashboard makes it easy to monitor multiple servers and schedule backups without much manual work. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

Initial setup and configuration took more effort than expected, especially getting everything tuned properly across backup, server protection, and email security. On the email security side specifically, customization is limited — you mostly get built-in toggle options rather than being able to write your own detailed rules, so it's not as flexible if you want more granular control over filtering. What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acronis brings backup, server protection, and email security into one place, so I don't need separate tools for each. It's helped a lot managing multiple servers and clients, especially since we handle this as an MSP. Email threats have gone down since we started using it, and overall it's just easier to manage everything from one dashboard instead of switching between different vendors.
