What do you like best about Acre?

The TDS tool has a lot of customization options that allow us to provide a digital check-in experience for our customers and employees. We've adapted the solution to help us manage our entries into the office for both visitors and employees during the pandemic. We like how fast and easy it has been to adapt and deploy the tool. I find that compared to other tools reviewed, this one has the most developed features and the team working with us is very open to improvements if there is something missing. What do you dislike about Acre?

I would like it if more of the settings were individualized per site, while we are a very large company we have many different regions and requirements that we have to consider. I understand that this is a somewhat unique requirement for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using TDS visitor to help monitor the capacity of our office and make sure that employees and visitors are aware of rules and guidelines around COVID response.
