What do you like best about Acquia Digital Experience Platform?

What do you dislike about Acquia Digital Experience Platform?

The company’s administration and its transparency around traffic and tier metrics. Also, the protection of resellers and channels, so they are not interfered with by the customer success sellers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acquia Digital Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have delivered over 30 website projects on the Acquia platform for several customers across South American companies. The G2 team rejected my opinion because they couldn’t verify my experience with Drupal.

Please take into account that I am the senior director of one of the oldest agencies providing regional services, with over 16 years in the market. We have worked with Adobe, Oracle, and Acquia for many years. Our customers include FOX, Disney, TVAzteca, BestDay, and Mercadolibre, among others. My opinion reflects the commercial perspective, enterprise relationships, and hands-on experience with professional teams.

We also have customers using Acquia, including major shopping center businesses in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. The CMS supports multiple websites, display directories, and apps.

In addition, we have provided the WCMS for a multi-business group with ten different activities, including a bank, investment operations, real estate, insurance, construction, and other companies, all controlled by a large and well-known Chilean public holding.
