What do you like best about Ackroo?

Using Ackroo for customer loyalty programs has been a very great experience. The integration and analytical reporting is second to none. Everyone I have dealt with at Ackroo has been very attentive and take the time to understand my space right from my first reach out to ongoing product assistance. What problems is Ackroo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem was finding a loyalty rewards program that integrated with what we were currently using. I did a lot of research on other systems out there but this was the one that could solve all of my problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
