They make topics practical, relatable, and more fun to learn from than reading from a book. The available show notes usually provide a great outline to take notes with and help to organize the material by topic. The working labs offer great hands-on experience, and the practice test questions and flashcards are helpful when testing oneself. The practice tests provide great explanations about right and wrong answers that assist in continued learning. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** The labs are helpful but sometimes lacking. A decent portion of them are just reading material, which there is merit for, but, often, that reading material would be better to associate directly with specific episodes and included in the show notes rather than portrayed as a lab. The labs containing work are still terrific, but consistently fewer working labs than expected. The practice test questions seem more like questions rejected from the certification test. Also, some modules did not represent the real-time needed to finish the module. I like how cost effective it is to deliver training and how we can swap "seats" to different employees. Without swapping seats, this service would not be nearly as useful.
