I like that AchieveIt is user-friendly, making it easy for team members to enter updates. It offers multiple options to present the data, which helps me share information with team leads effectively. I find having all my organizational indicators and targets in one place convenient and it's easy to track the progress of team members in completing specific tasks. The integration with other platforms could be improved such as PowerBI and Microsoft Excel. It would be great to have more options to analyze the data and make it easier to import data from Excel into AchieveIt since a lot of team members have data already stored in Excel.
