"Streamlined Documentation for IT Deployments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ACDSee?

I really value ACDSee's robust batch annotation and tagging functionality. At Summit Tech Collective, when we finish a network deployment, we can quickly mark up and tag dozens of photos with project IDs and asset types. This feature drastically cuts down on manual editing time, helping us to organize and deliver technical documentation efficiently, even with a lean team. It's been a game-changer for keeping our deployment documentation organized and meeting tight client rollout deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACDSee?

ACDSee lacks strong native cloud collaboration features, creating friction for our team. We have to manually export annotated photos and share them via cloud drives instead of letting teammates view tagged assets directly inside the platform. Multi-user database access is limited, so two technicians cannot edit the same project library at once. We also hope ACDSee adds native integration options with our project management platform. Currently, we manually copy annotated site photos over to update client project records, which takes extra time. Improved search filters for custom metadata fields would also be beneficial. These limitations slow down our time-sensitive client technical deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
