What do you like best about Accurate Background?

What I like best about Accurate Background is the visibility it provides throughout the screening process. The platform's UI is intuitive and makes it easy to track candidate progress without needing constant follow-up. It integrates well into our onboarding workflow, which helps reduce administrative work and keeps hiring moving efficiently. Turnaround times are generally reliable, and when issues arise, the support team is responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Accurate Background?

One area for improvement would be the user experience of the platform, as some workflows can feel less intuitive than they could be. Additionally, international background checks can sometimes experience significant delays. While I recognize that many of these delays are due to factors outside of Accurate's direct control, greater visibility into the status of international screenings and expected timelines would help improve the overall experience for both clients and candidates. Accurate Background helps us streamline the background screening process and provides a centralized way to track candidate progress during onboarding. This is especially valuable in medical staffing, where timely and compliant screenings are critical to getting candidates cleared for assignment. The platform reduces manual follow-up, improves visibility into outstanding requirements, and helps us identify potential issues early in the process.
