What do you like best about Accurate Background?

I think Accurate Background is a wonderful partner in the background and consumer report industry. The turnaround time is magnificent, and they are very flexible in customizing their process and workflow to meet our needs and the needs of our customers. My account manager, Abby Potts, is amazing, super helpful, super responsive, and simply the best. The uptime is always reliable, with no system issues, which makes things easy for us. Even though the initial setup was extensive due to integration through their API, our account manager made it easy to understand all along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accurate Background?

The web presence is a bit dated. They do provide order detail but don't have flexibility to export the details shown on the screen which is readily available data. Also the reporting features are limited and could be improved, with the ability to build order details, filter, and summarize what I want to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accurate Background significantly improves our turnaround time, reliably fulfills requests with great uptime, and integrates flexibly to meet both our and our customers' needs.
